We cut off a piece of pork approximately 1-1.5 cm wide. We beat the meat a little with a hammer, but it’s not much chops. If you beat the meat very thinly, it will turn out dry. Preparing a gourmet meal

Real gourmets have long appreciated the amazing taste of pork baked with pineapples. From what fruit you choose - fresh or canned, the taste practically does not change. Almost every housewife knows how to cook pork with pineapples in the oven. If you need to set the table in a special way, pork with pineapple and cheese in the oven is at your service.

Advice! If you are using canned pineapple, be sure to drain the syrup. Fresh fruit must be thoroughly peeled to get clean pulp.

Ingredients:

  • mayonnaise - 300 ml;
  • chilled pork loin - 1 kg;
  • salt, a mixture of ground peppers, dried herbs;
  • canned pineapples - 400 g;
  • onion - 4 pieces;
  • refined sunflower oil - 2 table. spoons;
  • Russian cheese - 400 g;
  • garlic cloves - 5-6 pieces;

This dish is best prepared from meat that is not too fat. Suitable carbonade, loin, neck, ham, shoulder blade. The main thing is that the piece can be cut across the fibers into approximately the same layers with an area of ​​\u200b\u200bhalf the palm of your hand. Pork with an abundance of veins and fat is better not to bake like this, it will be badly chewed. Wash meat, pat dry with paper towels. Cut into portions about 2.5-3 cm thick, perpendicular to the grain. Lightly beat through plastic wrap to even out the surface of the pork.


Salt and pepper the chops, season with spices of your choice if desired. Add sour cream, mustard. Massage the mixture into each piece of meat with massaging movements. Marinate 15-30 minutes at room temperature.


Clean the onion. Chop into thin half rings (rings).

To make the pork more juicy, pour a little (about 100 ml) of pineapple syrup or boiled water onto a baking sheet with it. Also, the first 15 minutes you can cook the dish under the foil - the effect will be about the same. Send the meat to bake in an oven preheated to 220-230 degrees. After 5-7 minutes, turn down the heat to 180 degrees. Continue baking until tender (about half an hour). Serve hot.

How to cook pork with cheese and fresh pineapples in the oven:

Cut the washed and dried meat into squares with a side of about 4 cm. Remove excess fat and veins along the cutting process.


Peel the pineapple. Remove the hard core. Cut the pulp into small neat pieces. If fresh pineapple is not available, use canned pineapple, this will not significantly affect the taste of meat.


Crush the garlic into a pulp or chop with a knife. Pour into a bowl. Add pepper.


Pour in soy sauce. Salt is not used in this recipe, because the marinade will turn out to be moderately salty anyway. If pineapple in syrup was used in the preparation of the dish, you can add it to the marinade. Just a few tablespoons. It caramelizes during the baking process, and the pork will develop a delicious glossy crust.


Mix meat with pineapple. Pour in the marinade. Stir. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 40-90 minutes.


Transfer the marinated pork to a heat-resistant form. Pour the rest of the marinade on top. Wrap in foil or place in a heat-resistant bag. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Put meat in it. Bake for 20 minutes.


Coarsely grate the cheese.
